Enaia's Teams feature works for dynamic CRE brokerage teams. Whether brokers work on every prospect/client account together (typically common for smaller teams) or want to work within siloes across the Team, Enaia supports both possibilities.

Users can create a Team and invite other Team members into it. Once everybody has accepted, when they create Prospect or Client Accounts, they can choose to assign these Accounts to the Team so that the appropriate data is accessible to every Team Member.

How to create a Team:
1.) Select "Team" in the main menu.

2.) Give the Team a name and invite Team Members by adding their email addresses. If these Team Members are not Enaia users, Enaia will send them an email to join Enaia as a member of the Team.

3.) Determine whether new members should be Admins or just Members. Admins can see the Team's leases/contracts that are out and also add/remove Team Members.

3.) Once you're on a Team, when creating Prospects/Clients, Enaia users will now see a checkbox where they can select whether or not to share that Prospect or Client Account with the Team. Doing so will capture the relevant data associated with this Account such as the active/closed Deals as well as general information.

4.) If a user creates a Prospect/Client that somebody on the Team has already created, they will receive a Notification that says that somebody on the Team has already created this Prospect/Client Account.
