How do I enrich contact information?

Steps for accessing email addresses and phone numbers

Contact enrichment in Enaia allows you to quickly build comprehensive contact databases for your prospects and clients. There are two ways to enrich contact information:

Method 1: Enriching Contacts When Adding New Prospect/Client Accounts

  1. When adding a Prospect or Client account, ensure the correct Domain (website) is captured in Enaia - this is crucial for identifying company employees

  2. Choose your starting point:

    • Use Enaia's "Suggested Decision Makers" feature, OR

    • Use the search field to find contacts by Name, Title, or Email address

  3. Once you've added the correct contact, click the "Fetch" button to access email addresses

  4. For phone numbers, click the Phone icon and select either "Request Phone Numbers" or "Request Email"

Method 2: Adding Contact Information to Existing Accounts

  1. Open the account modal

  2. Click the "Contacts" tab

  3. Click "Add New Contact"

  4. Follow the same steps as Method 1 (steps 2-4 above)

Important Notes:

  • Phone Number Retrieval: Enaia searches multiple sources for high-quality cell phone numbers, which takes 30 seconds to 1 minute. You'll receive a notification when phone numbers are found

  • Data Availability: Some contacts may have scrubbed their information from public sources, so contact details may not always be available
