How do I delete a Prospect, Client or Inactive Account?

To delete a Prospect, Client or Inactive Account, open up the Account and you'll see a "Stage" dropdown. Users will see “Delete Account” at the bottom of the List. If users don’t see “Delete Account,” that’s because there are currently shared partners on that Account. Simply remove those partners from the Account and then you’ll be able to delete the Account. This is to ensure that users do not delete an important Account accidentally that may have saved files and other valuable data.
