Users with a Microsoft365 email address can sync their email with Enaia so they can send and receive emails within Enaia and so that they can have relevant emails linked to their specific Prospect and Client Accounts and Deals. Upon syncing your email, Enaia will even retrieve historic emails so that users have all of the necessary communication exactly where they need it. Unfortunately, Enaia does not yet support email integration with Gmail but will in the future.
To sync your email, click your avatar on the top right, select "Edit Account" > "Email Accounts" > and click "Connect Account" where you see "Sync Microsoft Exchange Email Account." Complete your authorization and you'll see Enaia "grab" historic emails sent and received to the Contacts you've added to your Prospect and Client Accounts.
